Renowned financial professional with over 26 years of banking experience. He has held leadership positions at major banks such as Bank of America and Fifth Third Bank, where he developed in-depth knowledge in all areas of bank management.
As president of the mortgage division at Midland States Bank, he oversaw large volumes of capital. He also has experience in international development and global trade, standing out for his strategic capacity and leadership, forming alliances with investment funds and venture capital.

DEVESH SHARMA
FOUNDER | CTO
Experienced leader in the solar energy sector with more than two decades of international experience. As a founding partner of Green World Sourcing Solutions, it specializes in solar panel installation, battery recycling and electronic waste management.
His vast experience includes leadership at companies such as Navitas Green Solutions and Saatvik Green Energy, where he has overseen large teams and complex projects.
In addition, he has worked on the global expansion of solar energy companies, establishing strategic relationships with key players in India, the Middle East and China, driving sustainable development in various markets.
